This is a phenomenal recognition for Orrin. It represents originality, practicality, presentation, and impact of ideas. To be voted number one among this list of high profile leaders is a significant milestone for Orrin. As one of the founders, I have witnessed a man with an incredible vision for the future. He has pioneered the Team leadership development business system. He has recently opened the leadership and self -development business called LIFE. Both of these are having a significant impact on each person who learns and applies the information. In addition to having a big vision, a leader needs to have an uncommon level of integrity. I have personally witnessed Orrin in situations where it would have been in his best interest to make different decisions but he stood by principles that he was doing the right thing. I have seen Orrin work behind closed doors, watching him and how he relates to the founders PC. He inspires us to be our personal best. He also has taken some of the strongest personalities and has forged a partnership among the founders where we work together interdependently for the good of our mission to go to a million.
I would like to personally thank Orrin on the positive impact he has had on our lives. I know he has impacted thousands of people but he has been an inspiration to me and my family by the way he leads by example as a Christian. He has given many of us the most important ingredient from his Christian example, which is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. With that comes a compelling purpose to be our very best and to make a difference in the world we live.
